Overall, the hotel had a great location with friendly staff and clean rooms, but some communication issues arose when we needed help with heating and restaurant services. The bed was incredibly comfortable, yet ceiling stains and limited bar options left room for improvement.

Great stay for families
Staying here with my 2-year-old was super chill! The staff totally showered her with gifts, coloring stuff and a Peppa Pig toy. She felt like a little princess with all the attention! The breakfast was tasty, but our room didn't have a microwave to warm up leftovers, which was a bummer.

Great Stay with Refreshing Amenities!
Had an unforgettable experience during our stay! The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the cozy lobby provided a welcoming atmosphere. Don't miss the nearby lake for a picturesque evening stroll. Make sure to try the complimentary mini bar treats if you book a privilege room!

We really enjoyed the lovely and comfortable beds. The short transfer from the airport was convenient, taking just about 10 minutes. Despite its location outside the city center, accessing Amsterdam was easy thanks to the nearby bus stop.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast could use improvement. It would be great if the hotel offered a more family-friendly menu with fresh options for kids.

The bus ride to the city was just 20 minutes, and we loved exploring the Rijksmuseum and the vibrant Dam Square. The hotel was clean, and the staff were super friendly. It's a great spot, especially for a group of friends. Just a quick walk to catch a bus into town made everything easy!
The only downside was that the beds felt a bit soft for my taste, so if you prefer a firmer bed, you might find it less comfortable.

Could definitely improve the shuttle service details, especially considering the charge!!! Additionally, hygiene options for food could be better. a variety of nearby dining spots would enhance the experience!!!

Just a top selection for a short stint in Amsterdam with great value for money. The lift was quite archaic, hard to use, but I was surprised to find tea and coffee sachets in the room. Make sure to inquire about a room with the necessary amenities beforehand.

If you're a foodie, this city won’t disappoint! I devoured some of the best local cheeses and spotted cute cafes nearby that serve authentic Dutch snacks. Plus, the staff were pretty friendly, and my room was clean and quiet, just what I needed after a late-night walk through Vondelpark. The convenient bus line made getting around easy-peasy too!

Caught a bus into the city, just 20 minutes to central Amsterdam. The hotel staff were super friendly and very helpful, making check-in a breeze. My room, a Standard Twin Room, was clean and spacious enough for a short stay. The breakfast was a highlight. plenty of options and everything tasted fresh. However, the bus does cost a separate ticket, and the ride adds up time-wise if you're planning to do plenty of sightseeing. A gas station nearby was convenient, but it would be nice to have more options for snacks or meals around. The location felt a bit isolated, especially with nothing within walking distance. A little more attention to the breakfast options would be great, as I found the eggs and pastries to be a bit lacking. Otherwise, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Convenient bus access and comfortable rooms
I recently enjoyed a 2-night stay, and the room was quite comfortable with a lovely bed. The hotel is well-placed for catching a bus into the city, which only took about 15 minutes to reach all the major spots. However, it would be great if they could improve the breakfast options as they felt limited for the price. Overall, a pleasant experience!

The staff were exceptionally kind to my daughter during our stay. she enjoyed coloring and a Peppa Pig toy. The bus service to the city center was efficient, taking about 15 minutes, but be prepared for the additional fare, as it isn’t included in the public transportation system. The room was clean and spacious, though the hotel is somewhat isolated, with little nearby except for a gas station.
